Chardonnay
Being true to its land, the Chardonnay is the brightest star. With many layers from deep caves to bubbling brooks and all year greens due to ample rainfall, this is what makes it shine so bright.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet is the blood of this land. Planted on gravelly, granite and gneissic rock with loamy subsoil’s, it expresses a depth of flavour like no other, yet still elegant and peaceful to experience.
Petillant Naturel
From dawn till dusk, from cold mornings to warm evenings there is always time for this Pet-Nat made from Chenin Blanc. With its fresh ocean breeze, to the fine acid-like salty sea lines, it’s just perfect any time of day.
Chenin Blanc
From the bays where the humpback whales come to shelter and the stingrays feed. Chenin Blanc has a very close infinity with the sea. Loving the limestone land which folds into the turquoise waters filled with marine life.
Shiraz
The Podargus owl is nocturnal, hiding in camouflage and having an eerie stare. Feeling that the Shiraz from this region has yet to find its style and stamp. Giving it a home in pure amphora has helped express it similar to the dreamtime saying ‘a place of happiness and content’.
